Refund policy

All items in the Matroda Shop are made to order and sold as preorders. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you receive is defective or incorrect.

Please double-check your order details before placing it — including sizing, item selection, and shipping address.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@2night-global.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
